During free time, I often give myself self-initiated projects as well as commissioned works to improve my design proficiency. The first picture is an illustration I made of Ace Bhatti, which was requested by Left Lion Magazine for their June 2019 cover issue. The second illustration is another commission work I did for Beau Magazine, a startup magazine company based in Nottingham. Taking on a minimalist approach, I was inspired to do a positive and vibrant illustration on self love since it has been a huge trend in 2019. This illustration was featured in their Body Image issue for Spring/Summer 2019. It was a great opportunity for me to do these commissioned works during my second year in Nottingham. Last but not least, the third imageries are self initiated projects I did in my spare time to practice my Adobe Illustrator skills.
